-Very flexible scheduling in terms of asking for days off and use of by the hour PTO and vacation weeks -Legitimately friendly coworkers that you make bonds with for life -Always room for and a willingness from managers to place you for advancement -Good benefits - even for part timers -Good company values -Great first job for high schoolers and college students, great job for the retired crowd

-Little to no work/life balance for full time employees - you will never have a consistent enough schedule to have a life -Lack of communication between upper and lower management -In office politics with clique mentality -Upper management's inability to deal with any complaints regarding management on up
