      Pros

      The company is fast paced and awards employees with the opportunity to rise in the ranks regardless of educational credentials. The winning culture is driven by the employees and it is derived from the leadership within.

      Cons

      Lack of foresight in reacting to the rising level of competition in the market place. Reactionary instead of proactive placing stress on staff while maintainig profit margins by minimizing available staff.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my coworkers and the management of the store. There were a handful of people who worked there at the time who weren't necessarily my favorite, but overall the team was good.

      Cons

      There we no significant cons. The pay is not the highest, but these are mainly entry level jobs.

      The management was not so great. The lead was very vulgar and used language to the employees that should never have been used.
