Pros

Good co workers. Decent pay. The bartenders get paid 12 an hour likely because hyvee knows that it's very slow for a bar and you won't be tipped as much as you would at a traditional bar. Management has across the board been awful at every hyvee location I have worked at. Very toxic and abusive at all levels from your department manager all the way up to HR and the store manager. They make petty comments at you and try to wear away at your self esteem. They will try to break you mentally. They will constantly ask you to work during times you cannot and you will be expected to take extra shifts often. I would continue to work here if not for the constant abuse from Management. I hope hyvee figures out how to deal with their internal issues.
