Pros
Fast paced, I learned a lot, I liked the job itself, 95% of customers were amazing
Cons
The company does not value or care about its employees. They will hire you as part time, have you work 40 hours a week, and refuse to give you full time benefits while saying "you'll be made full time in a couple weeks" while telling you "How hard they are working on it" and that "you have so much potential and are doing a great job" For 4 months I regularly asked for my benefits. When I was hired I was told that after the first few weeks I would be full time if they wanted me to keep working there. Then after I put my two weeks in because they wouldn't make me full time, despite working 40 hours almost every week, they let me go for what I believe unreasonable reasons. They expect you to go the extra mile for them every minute you are in the building and aren't afraid to let you know that you are disposable to them if you don't, even if you do your job well.
