The company doesnt have any project and good for nothing company

If u want to know about HySynth biotechnologies than google as Roxaane research pvt ltd. Because both companies MD are same. and both hysynth and roxaane are fraud...... this is the only company i know which doesnt have any work but are asking to sign a bond and they are cheating the employees... there are more than 25 employees in the company and the dont have any HR team...because nobody will work as HR in the company as this is a fraud company..... This company can be legally closed as this company doesnt have a HR team..... they wont even allow u to resign from this compan they will not even give a releiving order if u resign and they will releive u only if u r ready to sacrifice ur security deposit... only by getting security deposit from the new joinees this company is paying the rent for building, salary, telephone bill etc....

nothing is best here management is fraud

they really don't have projects here they are just putting ceen that the project is yet to come.after interview they asked me to pay Rs.100000 as refundable deposit and want to sign bond for 2 years.but they don't give the money return.most people who are working there are from andhra pradesh i don't know y these people are paying money. hysnth will not provide any salary to employees. i payed some amount and worked for 1 1/2 month and later i don't want waste my time there so i quited they didn't returned my money back,pl anyone with strong background take action on them. i don't know still how many are going to be cheated my advice is pl don't join there.they will talk like as if they are good one but really they are cheaters.
