Pros
Good leadership, commitment to customer - and employee - satisfaction. Cool perks like 'ring the bell' lunches where every employee gets a $100 bill for each deal that brings in a certain amount of revenue. Honesty and transparency are encouraged and supported. As a parent with young children, I've found the company to be very understanding of my need to be home in the early evening to spend time with my family.
Cons
Like most early-stage companies, you have to be comfortable with a lumpy growth cycle. You must be a self-starter - there's not a lot of time for people to ask how you're doing. If you're unhappy with something or need more resources, you best be comfortable making it known. Just a nit, but for non-sales employees who still use their cell phones mostly for business, cell phone expense reimbursement is capped at $50 per month.
