Pros
This company is quickly evolving. I've worked here for four years and what was always a fast paced, self sufficient work environment; the sales team is getting a lot of new investment with CRMs, video calling technology and data resources. Moving away from older selling techniques, the process is being refined with great consideration from higher management. This has had a bleed-on effect to the culture of the sales floor, moving away from the sales stereotypes that had effected the company in the past to be more inclusive, flexible and professional in the approach. Despite the changes, Hybrid has still kept its eye watering commission structure which means its now easier to bring home 1.5-3 k commission a week. With the company being bought by LDC, the products and services are also expanding which offers some fast-tracked career pathways for top performers. We've moved into a modern and facility-filled office right in the middle of Bristol, so getting to and socialising after work is always a breeze. The company has always had a good platform of commited, hard working and talented personnel and with backing by one of the UK's biggest private equity firms, the sky truly is the limit for Hybrid.
Cons
The office work bar has surely had a detrimental effect to my liver! :D
