Pros

It has a good bar and I could have drinks for free. The team I was on was sociable but was judged against the larger team. Interesting to learn sales techniques from an experienced Sr Director before he was fired Good city centre location Comfy hoodie

Cons

Talent management is poor Misalignment with jobs advertised and actual role Condescending leaders who take the best remits CEO bottleneck with no clear direction or leadership Nasty, competitive environment “Protect your friends” if they’re a rugby supporting man Arrogant supervisors who think because they can sell, they can lead Immediate fire policy on a whim Money isn’t great… However Commission is good, if you get lucky with the section and contacts. It’s a numbers game which is fine to start, soul crushing after a while. Tokenism is rife Business is based off another Bristol boiler room, but this one has not modernised. No work laptop, out of tight wallets not out of policy They hire 4 people every month and get rid of the dead weight.
