      Gaining prefered experience of leading men to the. Common goal of a finished product and a satisfied customer with a short punch list.

      Cons

      Not making enough money to make ends meet. Also a chance to learn more irrigation techniques and different types of sprinkler useage.

      - The company is family owned, so the employees that work their are very close and laid back. -

      Cons

      - No opportunities for improvement, unless you are part of the family company. - Benefits are not very good. - Training is basically non-existent.
