Pros

Lots of great people who work there that make it worth it.

Cons

CEO has no idea how to run a business. No strategic leadership or direction from any of the Senior Level Management. Consistent layoffs over the last year because they couldn't do it right the first time and grew way too fast. Don't care about paying people properly- like to tack on tons of responsibilities to people that are beyond their job description without proper compensation and then tell people they should just be happy they still have a job. Haven't done proper compensation increases in 2 years. False promises and expectations given to everyone about when increases would happen and then there's always a new excuse.

It's a small company going through growing pains as it scales up and begins to implement best practices.
