Hyperikon has made my transition into their work environment an incredibly smooth one. My interview process was very effective and efficient, as the company understands it's growth vectors and is currently moving to fill positions that can consistently add to that growth. Pros for me during this interview process was the ability to discuss vision and strategy with multiple team members from various aspects of the company in depth. I came out of the interview understanding how my role here would affect the current progress, and how my own growth could help align with that of Hyperikon. Understanding this connection made me feel very comfortable about the working relationship and I'm very excited to contribute even before my first day began!
