Pros
Fellow employees are nice. Birthday celebrations for each person’s birthday. There is a large “stash” of office supplies for employees whenever they need something.
Cons
Parking lot is terrible, building is not handicapped accessible, employees don’t really have a voice and are not valued, there are no raises given and no opportunity for growth. Insurance benefits are extremely expensive and PTO is limited.
