Pros
The team, excluding the CEO, was always pleasant to work with.
Cons
As mentioned in other reviews, the CEO of this organization is just blatantly rude and seems to allow emotions to impact his job far too often. Our company worked with Hyperion LA in a contracted capacity, and things started off well initially. However, several months of vague scopes of work, unclear deliverables, and expecting services to be done at unreasonably low rates collectively made this a terrible experience.
While others on their team were pleasant and communicative, the CEO was in stark contrast; blatantly rude, demanding, and often contradicted his work requests from only a few days prior. This created a very ineffective workflow for our team, with the projects seeming to go in circles as the CEO tried to make up his mind about the desired outcome.
Payment was almost always delayed as well, and his snarky remarks about the cost of our services were not appreciated. He then began working with someone else instead of our team for this specific service (and it appears they went with the cheapest option possible based on the lackluster results...) without any prior notice. We terminated the client quickly after that.
