Pros
This is probably the best company I worked for so far and I mean it.
If you are slacking due to bad mental health, nobody is going to say a word to you.
You get 35 days of vacation as soon as you start working for them.
You get a lot of benefits like private health care insurance that is unlimited btw.
6 days of sick leave based literally on trust (that shows how much they value their employees). It’s 6 days per 6 months, so every 6 months you have new 6 days.
If you do have any personal problems or matters to resolve, they will let you finish your shift early and you won’t need to compensate that ever! Because they care so much about you and your family!
If you don’t feel like coming to the office, not a problem! Nobody is going to force you to! They understand that if you are productive enough there is no need to concern you with stupid things such as this one.
If you need a vacation urgently, say no more, you are getting it here, again they understand how important your well being is.
Salary is lets say enough to cover your expenses for living plus something extra so that you can pay a down payment for a brand new car.
Finally, you can choose your shifts. Some companies act like they own you since they are paying you to work for them, but not this one. This one understands that one person has a life outside of work and they want you to live your life and do things that will make you happy.
Cons
Absolutely nothing for now, keep going with a good work!
