There is plenty of room for growth because they are constantly trying to grow as a company as well. No micromanaging as long as one does their share of work. The minimum production number is not final if you are engaging on a different activity. I have not had a bad experience with any individual from management. Once you show you have the capability to move up, your leadership will assist you (and recognition comes in form of $$). The lead techs and the supervisors have your back. No one makes you feel guilty about taking your hard earned PTO. The hours are slightly flexible if you need to run errands during the day. They want what is best for the employee and they raise your pay regularly.

Environment is slightly crowded with equipment - it does look like they have been trying to fix this issue though - and work hours are approx. from 9 to 6, which doesn't leave much time for errands mid-day or another side gig.
