After many years of short term employment relationships due to situations in an out of my control, and after a period of unemployment, I didn't think any employer would take me on due to my inconsistent employment history. At this point I was willing to take on any work so I Googled work in my area and Hythe popped up. I interviewed days later and was hired within a week. They took a chance with me and helped me to build and expand on skills I'd acquired from previous jobs. The most important skill I've built since being here is confidence. I started at 10 hours a week and now I'm FT.
