Pros
The work atmosphere is fairly relaxed, you'll see the CEO walk by in jeans and a T-Shirt. Upper-management used to be very transparent about what was going on with the company. For an entry level position, the pay is decent.
Cons
I-Cubed provides very limited upward growth potential Large portion of income derives from Variable Compensation which can be stressful at times. I-Cubed was acquired by KPIT and is no longer transparent: during the acquisition even, the local media was given more information than the actual employees.
