Pros

The culture and team spirit - even within the first 6 months of me joining IAG Loyalty, I have been astounded by culture of the business. From communities and collaborative working styles, to team socials and charity events, opportunity to shape our culture is at every direction. Flexibility and trust - you’re empowered to work in a way that suits you best. There’s a strong culture of trust, and flexibility is built into how we work. Business growth and opportunity - IAG Loyalty is a business where exciting, high-impact work happens every day. It’s fast-paced and challenging, but the pride you feel in what you achieve is unmatched compared to other places I’ve worked. Compensation - IAGL has a really generous bonus structure where you're rewarded for hard work. The travel perks are also great, too!

Cons

Past faced work - regardless of role or area of the business, the pace of work is fast which can sometimes be challenging when you're jugging lots of projects/tasks. But everyone know that support and a coffee catch up is never too far away!

IAG Loyalty Response

Thank you for sharing your positive experience so far with IAG Loyalty! We're so pleased to hear that our colleagues feel rewarded, inspired, and connected through the work they do. You're absolutely right - it's a fast-paced environment, but one where wellbeing is genuinely prioritised and colleagues are supported to balance their commitments, both in and outside of work.

Pros

People are friendly, work life balance is flexible and the company itself has an interesting business model

Cons

Big divide between senior management and workforce which results in a toxic and disjointed company. People are not recognised, valued or trusted. Career progression is stagnant. No talent pool or career succession plans in place.

Pros

-Good Travel benefits -Bonus when paid -Central location (expensive travel)

Cons

- Lack of diversity in leadership, if you are not prepared to flatter and don't fit the right "profile", then forget it - Lack of transparency on pay and benefits - disparities between teams - New ventures misjudgement, untold losses due to launch of sub-optimal products leading to back-tracking and organisational chaos - Negative press coverage of change to Club (Extension gate etc.)
