I appreciate you sharing your perspective, and I feel compelled to respond. No doubt the challenges of Covid and everything that came with it is impacting work culture. We’ve worked really hard to build an engaged culture and it will continue to be a priority for us, along with competitive compensation and generous benefits. We’ve also returned to offices with a hybrid work week to allow more flexibility which has been very well received by many of our employees.
Diversity and inclusion are integral to the culture, and our commitment to driving diversity and inclusion has absolutely been evidenced in action at IAT. As you point out, we have broadened our interview slates and panels very intentionally to include a greater diversity of candidates and interviewers. This, along with many other efforts, has helped to increase the diversity of our workforce. In terms of hiring ‘yet another white male,’ we are casting a wider net, interviewing a variety of candidates and ultimately, we will hire the best qualified person for the position, no matter skin color, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age or a host of other qualities or characteristics.
