      Pros

      Awesome benefits and work opportunities. Great per hour pay and 4 hour minimum, do 8 hours and free lunch. Get to be backstage for some cool concerts

      Cons

      Lot of sketchy biker guys and shady mobster type characters hanging around the unions. Depends where you are- the closer to Boston the crazier it gets

      Pros

      Highly flexible schedule (you get to pick your shifts to an extend, and will never be required to come in when you haven't requested to work that day) Very good and supportive culture Low barrier to entry Strong safety culture Good pay

      Cons

      Work is inconsistent outside of summer Work is scheduled at most a week in advance Seniority system means advancement is slow
