Pros

This company taught me that if THESE idiots could run a company, I'd be just fine. After 6 months working for them, I quit the office slave life for good and have been successfully running my own company ever since. They have no concept of financial management, so accommodations on trips were great.

Cons

If you have ethics or self respect, this is not the company for you. The owner thinks it's a game to cheat suppliers out of payments. Customers are routinely, intentionally, lied to, to sell useless products. Pay is a absolutely joke. I worked it out that I was making 10$/hr with the amount of time I put in trying to save projects from these people's disregard for the commitments they made to clients. Everything about the way this company operates makes my skin crawl.

Pros

Flat hierarchy, dynamic and international environment, nice location, good experience to learn how to trick strangers into buying conference tickets.

Cons

Hard to describe the competitive and negative environment at IBC. The office is composed by around 10 people, all young, very international. The working hours are supposed to be 9-6, but it is all a matter of appearance. Sticking around the office after 6 is to show that you like hanging out with them. Free drinks from 4pm onwards. Even better, on Fridays at 4pm everyone expect the owner starts cleaning up the office, and yes including the toilets. Chances of getting hired only if there is space in the office. Let's not forget the owner's sad jokes in favor of Israel and employees being blocked on Facebook for racist comments against black people. Don't you dare asking the same thing twice! Expect the owner to publicly say that your work sucks despite refusing to give you any instruction beforehand. Tasks basically include: crafting, running errands, bringing coffee to clients, some social media, international calls, walking the owner's dog.
