Pros
Working from home. Co-workers from the same training group Trainer
Cons
Interview process (not an actual interview, just a few questions and you're hired, basically) The "training" my class received was horrendous. We had two weeks of "training" via zoom for the Dentaquest campaign, which was nowhere enough time for candidates who have never engaged in this type of work before. All of these issues lead to a group of 8 candidates dwindling down to 2-4 remaining within the month. During the training, I outwardly let my class and trainer know that we were not going to be prepared for live calls. The management, HR and communication at this "company" is the worst I've ever experienced. Several members of my class were not compensated on time and there was back and forth as to how to get our initial paycheck. Speaking more on communication and the lack thereof, my original campaign ( technical support for Robinhood, where I would have most likely flourished) was cancelled at the last moment leaving me to choose the Dentaquest campaign over two other campaigns that seemed worse that Dentaquest. This last minute switch is where all the issues arose.
