Lack of clear and intentional leadership from the CEO, no structure and no internal process on anything, a constant overload of projects, overcommitting on deliverables, lack of work-life balance, and dismal pay. The greatest CON about IBIS is that it is a DEI firm that does not practice what it teaches. Many internal members lack basic DEI skills but are involved in crucial aspects of the business, clear anti-blackness and favortism towards white staff members from the CEO.
