      Guaranteed base pay. High volume patient flow.

      Cons

      Inconsistent upper management based on cronyism instead of merit. Managerial decisions about clinical staff made by people with no clinical experience. High turnover. Poaching of high production procedures by supervising dentist and then getting blamed for not producing enough.
