Pros

Work-life balance Interesting work Great support

Cons

Not many that I can think of. It's a medium size company that provides lots of opportunities to try new things.

Pros

Solid regional industrial distributor with long-term connections that continue to serve them well. The company culture is deep and well-established— if you align with it, you'll likely find security and longevity. Benefits are competitive for the industry. The Clouds are good people, and the business is admirably built. It's a solidly run operation with potential for continued influence and growth.

Cons

The culture is baked in and unlikely to change, even if it no longer serves the broader team. Company values are admirable in theory but not always carried out consistently. Decision-making can feel reactive and overly influenced by individual personalities, with little recourse for differing perspectives. As a result, even exceptional performance may not carry as much weight as proximity to leadership and influence. There appears to be a growing pattern across departments where previously acceptable behavior is suddenly flagged, and employees are quietly removed without transparency or discussion. Respect for frontline employees — particularly in warehouses/branches— can be lacking, despite their critical role in keeping the business running.
