Can be really slow sometimes

The software is well known and used throughout the world, so there is great pride in being part of a small company with a big impact on manufacturing. If you are looking to be an expert in a specialized field, then this is the right place for you.

If you are thinking of using ICAM as a quick stepping-stone to something else, then this is the wrong place for you. It takes a lot effort to train people to be proficient with the software, with CAM systems, with CNC machine, etc., and that is reflected in a penalty clause if you break your contract and leave early.
