      Pros

      Really easy work, a lot of older folk work there so if you play your cards right you can get some free food! Really laid back especially the night shift.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement. Although it does happen if a lead ends up leaving.

      Management does not get it, not supportive, OK if your a part of the in crowd, office people treated much better than shop people
