Pros

Ok so. Lets start. There are a very few good employees to work with and thats it. Everyone else are God knows from which circus. No other pros at all. Turnover rate is extremely high and 98% of time people are quitting without having a job. People are changing so fast that you will not be able to memorize their names. I worked here couple years and it feels like you are some kind of racing horse. If you find any review about this company on web which has more than 1 start DONT believe. Most likely it is the CEO himself because he is the only person that thinks high about himself or one of his favorite employees to whom he convinced that they have a "bright feature" or the reviewer is new at ICE and still in honeymoon period and has no clue what is going on. Don't even try to get hired here unless you are looking for unpleasant adventures in your life. Majority will quit ICE in 2-4 month unless you have turtle-shell or dragon's scales or you are already crazy. Don't waist your time on this company.

Cons

No life-work balance. You will be forced to work after work hours. Complete toxic/chaotic environment, even gas mask won't help. Bonuses are payed late. Worst CEO that I worked with. Some lawsuits surrounding the company (search google). When you get go there it seems pretty cool, but trust me after couple month you will discover that you are miserable, humiliated and everything you do is wrong. Somebody call "NBC Investigate" to investigate this place to figure out what the heck is going on. Why turnover is so high???

First and foremost we as a company (ICE) strongly disagree with this and some of the other recent reviews. As a growing company we have challenges that we are addressing. We have been in business for more than 20 years and all of a sudden we are receiving a number of inappropriate reviews. One can infer reading some of these reviews that they are based on personal anger rather than rational opinion. At ICE, we strive to provide top-notch customer services. If an employee is not performing to a high level of customer service, they are given multiple chances to improve their performance. If the company does not see improvement after repeated request, we part ways with the employee. As part of moving our company to a “White Glove” service, this year 2017, we parted ways with a few employees that were not performing. Out of professional courtesy, our management offered these ex-employees severance package. It is unfair that these former employees are putting their anger on Glassdoor. Any candidate wishing to apply at ICE Consulting is invited to come to the office and talk to us and see the culture for yourself. ICE Management

Friendly team always willing to help, good benefits, opportunity to work on multiple clients provided exposure to range of technologies

Cons

The work environment is fast paced and performance driven which may feel demanding for some but it pushes you to grow quickly and stay sharp.

Pros

Management supports standardization across clients instead of one-off solutions. You have freedom to recommend modern best practices. Engineers are consulted before major client technical decisions are finalized.

Cons

Some internal processes are still evolving.
