      Pros

      I've been with ICF in just about a month and I love the seriousness they attach in protecting company properties and their procurement integrity.

      Cons

      ICF should build more trust for the field offices and not seek to be outsourcing important components of their project offices. That way field office staff will be more willing to share ideas on the way forward.
