Pros
Some very hard-working employees that want to do well and looking for proper mentoring and guidance to get to the next level. PTO and benefits are decent. The work is rewording.
Cons
Very poor division leadership; politics are rewarded over those that perform. There are many managers who make decent salaries who literally contribute nothing to the company (they literally sit in their office or often don't come in and do nothing) due to politics and division leadership protecting Yes Men Senior Managers who cover for those individuals. The company does not invest wisely in technology to stay current in the marketplace. They have rebranded others' technologies and paid to put their name on it to market it to clients as their own. The company tends to be very short-term focused; only focused on the here and now as opposed to thinking strategically about the long term. This does not inspire confidence in employees who are looking for longer term careers with the company.
