Other devs and tech staff are super helpful and offer alot of expanse on technology (i.e. willingness to allow you to work and grow in new technologies)
Cons
Slow growth: I have been with the company for multiple years at this point and find it difficult to get anything beyond a 3%-5% raise year after year
