Pros
They do not bombard you with liberal agenda bs as much as the other large companies out there like Deloitte does.
Cons
They pay you way less than what other companies will pay you and also they are not loyal to you. I was working a government contract position, our contract got taken over by Deloitte...ICF said they wanted to keep all of us and find us other positions but literally none of the 15 people on our team ever heard from anyone again so they just basically kicked their loyal hard working employees to the curb instead of trying to keep us and find other opportunities. Trash company that only pretends to care about people and social issues but don't take care of THEIR OWN.
