1yThank you for sharing your feedback. We aim to be as transparent as possible throughout our hiring process. While I can’t speak specifically to your statement, I can say it's common across many organizations, including ours, to use external business titles that make more sense to clients, etc., and internal job titles that that are less detailed, and follow a company’s structure and internal career progression paths. The external title may represent the industry, while the internal title may be something more generic like, “analyst III.” None of this impacts compensation or job responsibilities.
Regarding your experience, our culture encourages everyone to speak up and advocate for their needs, even when it’s hard. We recognize that aligning projects with employees’ skills and career goals is crucial, which is why we are committed to enhancing the employee experience through continuous engagement, professional development, and team activities (both virtual and in-person).
