Worst place to work - Wealth Manager ICICI Bank Employee Review

I joined as an Ascend Trainee (which is a college placement programme for tier 1 college graduates) and had the absolute worst time of my life there. No basic respect by peers and no support from HR or managers. There was no support at all in terms of work — we all were just put in random branches left to fend for ourselves without a single instruction on what our job actually requires us to do. No clarity from HR either. The HR was also complacent and knew that the branch managers and deputy branch managers were yelling curses and slurs at us in the brand on a regular basis. Even the middle managers in branches would use us as scapegoats for any sort of customer escalation.
