      Pros

      Good benefits and a lot of nice people.

      Cons

      No standardized process for scheduling. Supposed to create monthly schedule but changed daily because of customer orders. No KPI's, no inventory management, didn't feel like continuous improvement/change was really accepted. Behind in times with overall supply chain processes.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      I don't have anything negative to say. It was a good experience.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
