      Pros

      Certain functions perform really well due to good hiring decisions and right fit of the talent. Benefits and pay are competitive or sometimes at par.

      Cons

      Upper management is not open to constructive criticism. They need yes men or else.... Upper management is far removed from reality.....they will come up with initiatives without thinking it through the organization's ability to implement in terms of resources, expertise, skills.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
