Pros
The company is in the middle of a massive project to change from many small somewhat independent companies around the world into one company with systems to allow for significant improvements for both the employees and customers. The primary focus of the project is to change from many ERP systems into one global SAP system. ICL is also putting significant amounts of money into preparing for the future and most of this investment is outside of Israel (home base).
Cons
There is a lot of work being done on this project and people are stretched. This short term pain will payoff big dividends in future years. The combination of big spending on projects and depressed prices in some products is putting a stress on cash flow so the company has been looking to cut costs. This too has put some stress on people but this is a normal cycle of most business.
