      Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      They couldn't get the fund and laid off half the team in a day. I know it is hard for them but I would have liked to get 1 week of notice at least.

      Very low pay for the services and the mental stress the job calls for. Also, the mileage, wear, and tear you're placing on your own vehicle is a lot. NO room for advancement,
