Terrible experience - Telemarketing ICON Communication Centres Employee Review

Toxic environment guaranteed by the poor management of human resources. Inequality in the treatment of employees, being the supervisor's favorite is the only way to gain respect and your rights. Promises never kept, bonuses that suddenly disappeared and childish spite from superiors are routine. Being one of the best salespeople for three consecutive years but thinking with your own mind is not appreciated, indeed I would say something not comfortable for those who want to manage employees like puppets. This is the reason that probably guarantees a continuous turnover of employees who often leave the company exhausted by intolerable pressure. The only good thing I had was a team of good Italian and Spanish colleagues that of course the company managed to completely disperse (thanks to what has been written so far). ​
