Pros

Small friendly office environment. very relaxed during non crunch time.

Cons

Workload is overwhelmingly increased without any benefit due to the way of sales people sold the product. Designers had to work harder to meet every deadline. Company was afraid to ask more money or re-negotiate with clients due to fear of losing the clients. At the end, sales were praise to able to bring the customers and sell the service and products, designers had to suffer from increasing workload with same pay with overtime without recognition. Nobody gets raise due they don't believe creative department bring any money to company or want to believe that way since creative department cannot provide number figures for that matter. At the end everybody left for better jobs including sales. Nobody knows about the company in the industry even multimedia side or production side. basically you have to prepare your own portfolio to prove your worthy when you want to move on.

Pros

Operates like a smaller company, internal communication is more relaxed and expectations aren't incredibly high. Tasks are simple, there are some dead days where there is minimal work to be done. Company does employee appreciation (golf tournament in summer, winter/holiday party, etc) time off is flexible as its just about coverage due to 24/7 operation. i was able to get more than my 2 weeks off for the random wedding or family function. not a terrible place to work, fellow employees are kind and enjoy their work

Cons

Communication between departments is poor. There was a lot of back and forth that was unnecessary because emails or passing of information happens at the last second. If you work overnight or evenings, youre basically figuring out most of your day as you go because there is no organized communication between morning and evening shift (NOC specifically) moving between departments is highly-unlikely. not many good paying opportunities open up and they hire externally almost always. NOC schedules are NOT flexible, you can ask for days off but you are almost unlikely to be able to go on shift rotation due to how manager organizes things, hes unwilling to do a lot of work himself and gets you to figure out who is covering your shift if you need time off. executives dont really mingle with most employees, obvious they have their favorites or only come when they need something.
