Great salary and teams, but management varies widely - CTM In EMEA ICON Employee Review

In Strategic Solutions, the Line Management (LM) was hit and miss. When it is good it is good, in fact I would have said some of the best I have had. The majority of LM's I had were either snakes in the grass and two faced or utterly incompetent with the worst micro-management style around. The last two for me were a real shame as it tarnished my opinion of ICON. Who, up to that point were absolutely brilliant.
