      Pros

      Great place to work, great team members, everyone is nice and helpful. Great benefits. Almost all employees have been working there for 8+ years because it's a great place to work at.

      Cons

      Not much room for career growth in this particular position. However, people jump to teams within the company as it is huge. The company tends to hire through referrals a lot.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
