      Pros

      There compensation is very competitive. If they want you they will make an extra effort to get you. There is a lot of room for growth and you have opportunities to train in areas you are interested in. If you get a great team like I did, you will find that they support each other rather than undermine each other.

      Cons

      Management sometimes sets unrealistic expectation about how a study can be run. No one speaks up u til it’s obvious that what they are doing isn’t working.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
