      The flexibility to work the company offers and the people that work here are very good.

      There aren't a range of job roles to progress onto, its 1 or 2 positions that many people are aiming for making it difficult to progress.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
