      There are no pros to working here other than PTO

      Cons

      The most toxic workplace I have ever experienced. Management talks down to their employees and makes new employees cry on a regular basis. Very little training- New employees are just thrown in and expected to sink or swim. Extremely low morale and overall employee satisfaction. The work load is outrageous which creates hours of mandatory overtime with no breaks. Management is a bunch of narcissists that completely lack appreciation for their employees’ hard work, time and feelings.

      Pros

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
