      Pros

      Very pleasant work mates. Good shopping nearby.

      Cons

      All work- no life balance. Ridiculous hours with ever increasing workload due to high staff turnover. Many people stressed and witnessed some having full blown breakdown. If you value your health and sanity then don't work for these people.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
