Pros
Training, PTO and Benefits are very good. I never had an issue with taking time off for a doctors appointment or needing to take off time without any notice.
Cons
Toxic work environment and culture. I would suggest setting boundaries as soon as you start working there or else they will overwork you once you learn the ropes. The micromanagement is extreme. They will nit-pick your every move and will call you out in front of everyone to let you know what you have down wrong. There are some great people and managers, but the company breeds overly aggressive managers that thrive on making you feel small due to your inexperience in the field. They will tell you that they want you to have a work/life balance, but that's only if you get the 8-10+ hours of work that you have on a daily basis before you log off. Otherwise you will be expected to sign back on without pay for any overtime worked. They will take on any work that is asked of them by the clients even if the resources are not available and the timeline is unreasonable, and they will expect you to take that work on even if you do not have the capacity.
