      Bad communication from management (changed Project Associates from salaried to hourly without much warning or explanation), high turnover, meaning other employees need to take on the additional load without compensation.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
