Unfortunately, There are none at the moment with this current management team they brought in.. Other than having a few veteran coworkers still here trying to salvage what we built as a team over the last 4 years.
Cons
Poor leadership. Major incompetence.. And a G. M. Who has a history of legal issues running a major private club. Lack of communication, cutting back benefits, reduction of hours for employees. Misleading and untrustworthy. Avoid this management company, find better opportunities elsewhere where you are valued and appreciated for your hard work and guidance.
