The pay is mediocre but the stability is not there.

ICONIC is a great brand with very loyal customers. I have really enjoyed my time working here. I have gained an enormous amount of knowledge from having hands on experience of growing a brand from $0 to what it is today. We are a small business and that means everyone gets their MBA here. We work hard but we also play hard. There are so many pros to working here but I highlighted a few: -Unlimited Vacation. As long as I am doing my job I am never questioned on taking it. ICONIC also also highly encourages remote work. - Involved in all facets of the business. I wear a lot of hats and have learned a lot along the way. I believe this makes me a well rounded employee - My opinions are heard. We work collaboratively as an organization and I am always encouraged to speak my mind/ideas (sometimes they are implemented) - I enjoy working for a brand that brings consumers so much joy! - Co-workers are like family. CEO makes sure that we get together 1-2 times a year for a fun work retreat. These are some of my fondest memories with the team - Emphasis on Health. There is an emphasis on being the best version of yourself and it has pushed me to eat healthier and workout more - Compensation benefits for a small organization are great
